AI Cache Care is provided by Tracey Higginbotham. These terms cover this website and the direct-download macOS app. Contact hello@aicachecare.com about the app or these terms.
Your license
A purchased license allows you to use the direct-download edition on Macs you own or control. Your key has no expiration and is checked offline. Keep your key private; do not distribute, sell, or share it publicly. The software is licensed, not sold. Ownership of the software and artwork remains with its owner.
Free evaluation
You can evaluate the app over seven days using free scans and dry-run previews. These features remain free after seven days. Cleanup and weekly maintenance require a purchased license. There is no automatic billing, subscription, or account registration for evaluation.
Purchases and refunds
The advertised price is in US dollars for a one-time purchase. Stripe handles payment; applicable taxes and any discount are shown before you pay. The 30-day refund policy forms part of these terms. A refunded license may be deactivated in a later update; please stop using paid features after a refund.
Review before cleanup
Use the app only on systems you are authorized to maintain. Review the selection and dry-run plan before confirming cleanup. Cache removal is deletion, not a backup or archive. Keep current backups of your work. Apps may need to rebuild or re-download caches after removal.
Scope and compatibility
The app supports a fixed catalog of cache locations on compatible macOS versions. It is not a general file cleaner, antivirus, recovery tool, or guarantee of faster performance. Available space and results depend on your Mac and its caches. Weekly maintenance requires your explicit authorization.
Updates and availability
A valid key is intended to work with later direct-download releases that accept its format. Future features, support duration, and compatibility with future macOS versions are not guaranteed. A Mac App Store edition uses separate licensing.
Warranty and responsibility
To the extent allowed by applicable law, the app is provided as available without a promise of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow us to limit.

Read the Privacy policy to understand local app behavior and the information used for purchases and support. Changes to these terms will be published here with an updated date. Contact us if a change affects your use.
