A full refund within 30 days
Email hello@aicachecare.com within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. No reason is required. This covers the one-time $9.99 direct-download purchase, including the amount paid after a promotion code.
How to request it
Email from the address used at checkout, or include your order number from the receipt. Do not send payment card details or your license key.
Processing time
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within three business days of your email. Your bank may take five to ten business days to display the refund.
Your license after a refund
A refunded license is deactivated in a subsequent app version. Installed copies may keep working until updated. Please stop using paid features after a refund. Free scans and dry runs remain available without a license.
After 30 days
Refunds after 30 days are considered individually. Contact us, particularly if the app did not work on your Mac. Duplicate or accidental purchases can be refunded at any time.
