Is this a subscription?
No. The direct-download edition is a one-time $9.99 purchase. Your license has no expiration and is verified offline. There are no recurring charges.
Can I use my license offline?
Yes. Enter your emailed key in the app’s License window. The app checks it locally, and both cleanup and the maintenance helper use that same license. No online activation or account login is required.
Where is my license key?
Your key is sent to the email used at checkout. Check spam, then use Recover your license or email hello@aicachecare.com with your purchase address or receipt. Never post your license key publicly.
Is there a refund policy?
Yes. Email hello@aicachecare.com within 30 days of purchase to request a full refund. Include your purchase email or order number. See the refund policy for details.
